GILLIONS is renowned for its delicious home cooked meats, with Ham off the Bone, Roast Beef and Roast Pork with Stuffing, being just some of the specialties in the range.

We also stock a wide selection of Continental meats. Our full range of Cooked Meats include Roast Turkey, Honey roast Ham, Mustard and Cracked Pepper Ham, Ham off the Bone, Cooked Gammon, Ox Tongue, Chopped Pork, Corned Beef, Roast Pork, Roast Beef, Pastrami, Home cooked Thai Chicken, Poached Salmon, Italian Parma Ham, Spanish Chorizo, French Garlic Sausage, Salami Napoli, Salami Milano.

The Delicatessen Counter stocks a wide range of products such as pate, olives and homemade salads and coleslaw's. Our cheese counter has over 40 different varieties to offer and the selection continues to grow each week. And recently we have added our very own home made quiche to our range of quality foods.

Orkney Island Gold/Kelly Bronze Turkeys

GILLIONS only source meat from proven and highly reputable suppliers and we operate a full trace ability system on all of the beef sold in our shop. All our beef is sourced from Scotland and the Orkney Islands namely the Orkney Island Gold beef which have never bred a case of BSE.

Orkney Island Gold is derived from suckler beef breeds. All animals are born, traditionally reared, grass-fed and also finished in the Orkney Islands. Dairy cattle are not accepted. We only sell fresh lambs which are sourced from either England, Wales or Scotland dependent upon the season. All our pork is sourced only from farms that comply with strict regulations. We also stock a wide range of poultry including corn fed chicken and free range turkey. Finally not forgetting we also manufacture homemade sausages and burgers. We are now the local saler for Kelly Bronze Turkeys.

We carry a range of high quality brands such as, Epicure, Baxters, Elsenhams, Tiptree, Walkers of Speyside and many more.
